1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HMS FREEHOST ("the Service") at hms.freehost.id or through the mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HMS FREEHOST is a cloud-based hotel management system (HMS) that provides tools for managing hotel operations including:

• Room and floor management
• Guest registration and check-in/check-out
• Reservation management
• Banquet and event booking
• Point of Sale (POS) for restaurant/services
• Payment tracking and financial reporting
• Housekeeping management
• Multi-hotel management

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees (monthly or yearly)
• Payment is due upon invoice generation
• Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension after a grace period
• Subscription renewals are not automatic — invoices will be generated before expiry

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Service to store or process illegal data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
• Use the Service to compete with or replicate HMS FREEHOST

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (guest records, reservations, financial data, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Server or infrastructure issues
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.

8. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each hotel's data is isolated within the system. Hotel operators can only access data belonging to their assigned hotel. Unauthorized access to other hotels' data is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may also request account deletion by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your data may be retained for a reasonable period as per our Privacy Policy
• You may request a data export before termination

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMS FREEHOST and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
